Terms of Use

Our Terms of Use are being finalised and will be published here before Portfolio Pathways is generally available. They will set out what the service does and does not do, your responsibilities when uploading evidence, the basis on which subscriptions are provided, and the limits of our liability.

In the meantime, two things are worth stating plainly. Portfolio Pathways is independent of the General Medical Council and is neither affiliated with nor endorsed by it, and nothing the platform produces is a prediction of any decision the GMC will make. And you remain responsible for ensuring the evidence you upload has been appropriately anonymised.
